Whether you're wondering how we ship, what goes into our bougie bites, or if your pup will actually love our treats (spoiler: yes), you’re in the right place. SHIPPING + RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship our treats Monday through Sunday, because according to Hazel, snack time is every day. Orders go out via USPS with an estimated 2-day delivery window—though some pups may have to wait a little longer depending on where they live (we wish we could hand-deliver them all). Each package is packed with care (and Hazel’s supervision), but please note: we do not offer international shipping at this time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because all of our treats are made fresh in small batches every few days, we’re unable to accept cancellations once an order is placed. The turnaround is just too quick to allow for changes! That said, if there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out— we’re always happy to help make things right. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because our treats are perishable and made fresh in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction (and your pup's tail wags) are our top priority! If your order arrives damaged, moldy, or isn’t up to the standard you expect, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving it. Just send us your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right with either a full refund or a replacement of equal value. We put a lot of care into each treat, but we understand things can happen. We’re here for you—simply send us a message, and we’ll take care of the rest.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION + PRODUCT QUALITY
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and that includes your furry family members! We take great pride in creating every treat by hand, with the utmost care and safety. All of our ingredients are natural, with no added sugars, salt, preservatives, or artificial flavors. We are happy to accommodate custom orders for dogs with allergies—just let us know your pup’s specific needs, and we’ll make sure they get a treat tailored just for them.

Additionally, we include an ingredients label on every package that arrives at your door. We want to ensure your dog’s treats are as safe and delicious as possible, so feel free to reach out with any concerns or special requests.
OUR PRODUCTS; A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
While we keep everything as natural as possible, we recognize that dogs—just like humans—can have unexpected reactions to certain ingredients, even those that are all-natural. Please be sure to check the ingredient labels and, most importantly, keep an eye on your dog the first time they try any new treat.
We live by the “less is more” rule. It’s fine for your dog to have a couple of treats in a single day, but remember—these are treats, not meal replacements. While our treats may seem bland to us humans, they are absolutely drool-worthy to pups! We recommend sticking to 1-2 treats at a time to avoid any tummy upsets. While we trust you to make the best decision for your pup, please note that we are not liable for any sickness, allergic reactions, or any other issues that may arise from consumption.
Lastly, because all of our treats are handmade, there may be slight variations in color, shape, or texture. We consider this a sign of love and individuality, as each treat was thoughtfully made just for your dog. And we’re sure your pup won’t mind a little variety in their snacks!
PRIVACY + SECURITY
At Hazel Grace & Goodies, we take your privacy seriously. We do not store any personal banking information or physical addresses after shipping. The information saved in your account is for your eyes only. The only data we may retain is your email address, and rest assured, we won’t flood your inbox with spam. Your email is used solely for order-related updates, potential coupons, or direct communication with the owner when necessary.
