If your question is unable to be answered below, please contact us, and we will do our best to answer your questions. 

  • What is your store policy?
    CUSTOMER CARE: Our customer satisfaction is our number one priority. This includes your furry family members. We want you to know that each and every one of our products is handmade with the utmost care and safety in mind. Our ingredients are all natural, without any added sugars or salt, and we can take custom orders for those pups with allergies. If you have any questions about ingredients, they will be listed under each product on our Shop Our Treats page and we have provided an ingredients label on any packaging that arrives to your home. OUR PRODUCTS: While we do keep everything natural, we are aware that dogs (just like humans) can have random, adverse reactions to any ingredients, even natural. We ask that you please pay attention to ingredient labels and first and foremost pay attention to your dogs when feeding any of our products. We believe in the phrase "less is more". While it might be fine for your dog to have a few cookies in a single day, remember that these are "treats" and should not be used as meal replacements. Our treats, while bland to humans, are drool-worthy for our dogs. We recommend only feeding 1-2 treats at a time to avoid any upset tummies. While it is up to your discretion to feed your pet as you'd like, we are not liable for any sickness, allergic reactions, or distaste for any of our products. ​​​ Lastly, as we have mentioned our products are all handmade. While we work towards consistency there may be slight differences in color, shape, or texture among treats. We look at this as a positive, that each treat was thought of individually before being shipped out. And we can almost guarantee your pup won't mind! PRIVACY & SAFETY: We do not hold onto any personal banking information or physical addresses after shipping. What is saved in your account is for your eyes only. The only information that can potentially be stored is your email address. However, you will not receive spam from our business. Email addresses are strictly used for purchases, potential coupons, or direct contact with the owner.
  • What are your store hours and where are you located?
    Online orders are available 24/7. We are located in Jacksonville, Florida.
  • How long will my treats last?
    Our treats will last up to 6 months and even longer if stored in the freezer.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    SHIPPING POLICY: We normally ship our treats on the weekends. We ship through USPS and will typically have a 2 day delivery window. However, it can end up being longer based on location. At this time, we do not ship internationally. ​
  • Can I cancel my order?
    CANCELLATION POLICY: We do not allow for treat cancellations as our treats are made fresh every few days and there is not enough of a window to allow for this. We hope you understand.
  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: Unfortunately, we will not accept returns or exchanges for perishable items. However, if an item you have received is broken, smashed, moldy or otherwise not to your satisfaction, contact us and we will get you your money back or we can send you a completely new product or set of products for the same value of your recent purchase. We strive for none of these problems to occur but we also realize things happen. ​​ Please contact us with any complaints within 24 hours of receiving any products. We are happy to work with you if a circumstance arises.
  • Can I order with you even if my dog has allergies?
    Yes, we can do custom orders. If your dog has a special need, different allergy, or if you have any questions about what a good option might be please contact us. We are not veterinarians so we suggest speaking with your dog's vet in order to recieve an accurate diagnosis about any potential food allergies.
